Burgos quixotic Don Quixote's crazy to debate.

For group reading of Don Quixote in La Acequia.

After reading the blogs of Cornelius and Myr excellent entries: Is it really crazy Don Quixote? and El Quijote, health and disease as social construction: A response to Cornelivs occurred to me to make a small contribution, shorter and less elaborate, which is one dared.

Cervantes, sane and intelligent, offers a charming fool, sometimes happy, and puts in his mouth truths that otherwise would have caused him trouble with the Inquisition. As for Alonso Quijano I think that crosses the boundary between reality and imagination become Don Quixote, transgresses social norms of the time and in an effort to help people create a new knight. Alonso loses goes crazy because his personality and the new Don Quixote is a dreamer, consistent with his fantasy world of chivalry, with enough threads of madness for a trip, unthinkable for a sane person, you start with great enthusiasm, seeing what he wants to see and endure all kinds of clubs .

But from his "nap" in the cave of Montesinos when you start to break some of these threads (as is sales rather than castles) and begins to doubt all that is really in "his dream "and how much fantasy. That doubt is clear (according to Sancho, the question to the enchanted head) but also maintains his "truth" in the castle of the dukes.

Another important strand breaks madness when it keeps its word after being run over by a herd of bulls, in fact no longer feel shame and its face (Chapter 58 of Part 2). I think from that moment is going to tow the events until his defeat in Barcelona. Back to his village once Dulcinea disenchanted, and nothing left to what benefit and eventually give up, this time it returns to Alonso Quijano, the gentleman, that a prisoner of sorrow finds its end. ;
