Counter For Relationships

poster version of Don Quixote made
by Georg Wilhelm Pabst
in 1932.

The Mr. de la Vega in a moving commentary on the cap. 2.46 of "Don Quixote" written in "La Acequia " offered a link to a wonderful documentary about 2 hours which is divided into chapters on different "madness" of Don Quixote which does not follow a timeline but that is jumping back and forth on the novel by Cervantes. RTVE issued by the April 6, 2010 is entitled " The Madness of Don Quixote " which reads as rtve's web is a "blend of fiction and documentary, looking for similarities and differences between the novel and real life of Miguel de Cervantes. The film aims to disseminate the moral and universal values of the novel. "

Stung by curiosity I searched for information and found it in 2005 to celebrate the fourth centenary of the publication of the masterpiece of Miguel de Cervantes, The Ingenious Hidalgo Don Quixote de La Mancha "Weekly Report team, led by Alicia Gómez Montano produced four monographs on" Don Quixote. " I have found the first one, " the gentleman Roads " issued on April 23, 2005, which deals with the novel from the perspective of intellectuals and writers like Mario Vargas Llosa Francisco Rico, Javier Cercas, Andrew Trapiello and painter Antonio Lopez, as well as the fans spotted reading and the adventures of the two most universal of English literature (information obtained from the booklet "rtve Report 2005: rtve career of Don Quixote").

Custom Cigar Humidors

Documentary about Don Quixote Teasing Don Quixote and Sancho

Chapter LXII of Part 2, Don Quixote comes to suffer the taunts of the Dukes but to what extent are effective ridicule?, Perhaps to that is complete mockery Should not the deceived be aware of the mockery that has been, "but at the home of the Dukes Don Quixote down the scorn of the disenchantment of Dulcinea, with all the paraphernalia that accompanies it, because it feeds their need to believe that Dulcinea is enchanted benefits of ridicule because they offer the ideal setting for his boundless imagination.

This chapter provides new jokes, now in charge of a citizen of Barcelona, are different but Don Quixote continues to benefit or is it not seeking recognition from the people?:

" ate that day with Don Antonio some of his friends, honoring each and trying to Don Quixote as a knight-errant, of which, hollow and pompous, was beside himself with joy. The humours of Sancho were so many that their mouths were like hanging all servants of the house and all who heard him. "

" " Great is the power which holds within it the errant knight, it becomes known and famous who professed by all the terms of the land, if not careful, your worship, Don Antonio, that even the boys of this city, without ever having seen me, I know. "

With the experience of the enchanted head mockery extends to friendly Don Antonio's wife because " and if there were two friends of Don Antonio, no one else knew the charm busilis "so the joke is shared and its objective is more concerned to know what each" questioner "and this is where Don Quixote shows us aside their doubts about the cave of Montesinos and the other we see that he swallowed the organized by the Duke theater on account of Merlin and Dulcinea, then he is not aware of the hoax.

5 ½ months after reading Don Quixote with the invaluable help of entries Pedro in La Acequia and comments from all the walkers, yesterday I read this chapter LXII putting a day in the collective reading, I hope now to have time to read and comment on blogs that reference Pedro because I missed the brake and I read / enjoy a chapter a week.

This entry was posted as a comment on " La Acequia " Blog Pedro Ojeda Escudero, Professor of English Literature at the University Burgos (Spain).

Kates Playground Literature

Günter Grass wrote a very dense, difficult reading and understanding complicated. The protagonist, Oscar Matzerath, a being amoral, being held in a psychiatric hospital and from your room we recounts his life until the present moment.

Oscar, on his third birthday the decision to stop growing at the same time received his first drum, a tin drum which serves to tell their stories and be his inseparable companion.

The book is full of reflections on many subjects it covers from the pre-war World War 2, both lived in the city of Danzig, and the war in Düsseldorf.

I have drawn much attention to the fact that in the narrative jumps from first to third person , sometimes the narrator speaks in first person and sometimes refers to himself in the third person.

There is much criticism in the pages of this book that I doubt she has taken less than half the party may, in fact I was tempted to leave after reading about 80 pages but I persevered and I have concluded, not without effort.
